基本情况：杨可，女，1996年9月生，陕西咸阳人，中共党员，工科博士。
学习经历：2020-2024年，就读于西北农林科技大学，农业机械化工程专业，并取得工科博士学位。
教育教学：目前担任《人工智能导论》课程教师。
科学研究：主要研究农产品无损智能检测，先后在《LWT-Food Science and Technology》,《Journal of Dairy Science》,《Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture》及《International Journal of Biological Macromolecules》等期刊发表论文4篇。
